Diversity
As our world becomes more globalized, success in business will depend even more on our abilities to become more diverse in our thinking, staffing and policy/procedure making. Several different workshops and training sessions can be developed for organizations to share with leaders and staff.

Diversity and inclusion policies and practices as well as implementation
Diversity and inclusion in relation to growth, productivity, and employee success
Diversity and inclusion skill development for leaders
Diversity and inclusion among consumers and facilitating problem solving

Reconciliation
A big part of becoming diverse is having staff available who are equipped and prepared to handle problems and situations as they occur among diverse staff and consumers. Trainings on general, interfaith and cultural/racial reconciliation can and should be incorporated into the planning and implementation of diversity and inclusive practices for any organization.

Spiritual and Personal Formation
Even for secular businesses and organizations, there should be a focus on acknowledging and allowing for the spiritual practices of others in the work environment while still preserving and maintaining a diverse and inclusive yet safe environment.
